The HPRS is dedicated to enhancing student health and peer relationships across Ontario by monitoring student well-being and delivering timely, data-driven feedback to school boards. By providing actionable insights, this collaborative initiative empowers school boards to drive meaningful, lasting improvements in Ontario schools.
The HPRS achieves its mission in three key steps.
We collect and provide quick turn-around data for school boards so that they can accurately plan and deliver services.
We created interactive dashboards for each school board to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
We enable effective changemaking through actionable insights about student health and peer relationships.
We are committed to sharing data with key stakeholders like school boards, students, parents, policymakers, and the scientific community to ensure we are doing the right things and doing them right for all students.
We are dedicated to providing timely, accurate reports to schools and school boards so that evidence-based decisions can be made to help promote health and improve school climate.
We prioritize the anonymity of individual students and schools in our study. No identifying information is shared; only aggregated, group-level findings are reported. This ensures that insights can inform policies and interventions while maintaining confidentiality and protecting student and school privacy.
